Valid 01 April 2011 to 31 March 2013

High Season: Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, Easter AU$795.00 per night up to 6 people*

Low Season: Apr (excl. Easter), May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sept, Oct AU$625.00 per night up to 6 people*

*Please note for groups larger than 6 people there is a surcharge of AU$30.00 per person per night up to a maximum of 10 guests. 

Rates:  10 person maximum.  Rates are subject to change without notice and are quoted for the agreed period of time for the number of guests indicated.  Minimum 4 night stay required for all bookings.  Linen is included in the nightly rate.

Bond: At the time of booking a cred card must be provided for pre-authorisation, which will hold the bond of $1,000.00. No charges will be debited, provided booked numbers of people are not exceeded and there is no property damage, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning or any other additional expenses resulting from a stay.

Booking Policy:  A 30% deposit is required to confirm a reservation and the balance or payment must be made in full 60 days prior to the date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:  If a cancellation is received 45 days or less prior to the arrival date but at least 30 days before the arrival date, a charge 30% of the booking cost is the cancellation.  If a cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, a charge 100% of the booking cost is the cancellation fee.
